In quantità molto limitate la Louis Roederer produce anche il pregiatissimo Cristal Rosé. Esso viene elaborato con il metodo della macerazione pellicolare, che consiste nel lasciare per qualche ora il mosto a contatto con le bucce di Pinot Nero, per estrarne le materie coloranti. Per ottenere il colore e lo stile, Louis Roederer utilizza i Pinot Neri di vecchissime viti di Cumières che producono uve molto mature, dotate di grandissima concentrazione aromatica. Infinitamente ampio e raffinato con aromi complessi in cui dominano i frutti rossi, si conclude con un finale potente e fresco. Questo Champagne Rosé assolutamente eccezionale ed unico, invecchia magnificamente, sviluppando sensazioni ed aromi stupefacenti.
